1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Indoro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site or tools. “Indoro,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to [insert legal entity or operator name].
2. What Indoro provides
Indoro is a policy, research and education initiative focused on India–Republic of Korea skilled mobility. The site may provide:
- research papers, policy analysis and commentary;
- career, sector, language, credential and mobility resources;
- Indoro Pathways, an AI-assisted opportunity-guidance and policy-participation platform;
- links to current job, government, immigration, education and community resources;
- programme information, impact reporting and collaboration enquiries.
Features and linked resources may be changed, paused or withdrawn without notice.
3. Eligibility and younger users
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. Users below the age of majority in their location should use Indoro with a parent, guardian, teacher or authorised programme supervisor. Indoro is not designed to independently place minors into employment or migration processes.
4. Career, immigration and policy guidance
Indoro provides general informational and educational guidance. It is not a licensed recruiter, immigration adviser, lawyer, financial adviser, university admissions adviser or government authority unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Nothing on the site is a job offer, visa determination, credential-recognition decision, legal opinion, guarantee of admission, salary promise or assurance of employment. Users must verify requirements directly with employers, educational institutions and the relevant Indian and Korean authorities.
5. AI-assisted pathway guidance and current opportunity information
5.1 Explainable recommendations
Pathway outputs may be produced using rules, statistical scoring, artificial intelligence or a combination. They are probabilistic recommendations and may be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular user.
5.2 Live vacancies
Where Indoro displays or links to current jobs, availability, employer requirements, sponsorship and closing dates can change without notice. A listing appearing on Indoro does not mean the employer has endorsed Indoro, will sponsor a visa or will consider a particular applicant.
5.3 Human review
Users should independently assess role legitimacy, employment conditions, worker protections, location, compensation and immigration eligibility before applying or sharing sensitive information.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit false, misleading or impersonated information;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract site or job data without permission;
- attempt to access non-public systems, source code, accounts or personal data;
- use the service to discriminate, exploit workers, facilitate unlawful recruitment or evade immigration and labour rules;
- upload malicious code or interfere with service availability;
- misrepresent Indoro’s research, partnerships, endorsements or institutional relationships.
7. User submissions and feedback
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Indoro a limited licence to process that information solely to provide the requested feature, respond to an enquiry, improve the service, or conduct research where permitted by the Privacy Notice and any additional consent.
Do not submit passports, national identification numbers, financial account details, medical information or other highly sensitive material unless a future secure feature explicitly asks for it and explains why.
8. Third-party sites and institutions
Indoro links to government portals, employers, media, universities, community organisations and other independent services. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, hiring decisions, privacy practices or terms.
Names and logos are used to identify documented engagement, stakeholders, programme collaborators or independent resources. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement, formal partnership or responsibility for Indoro. Relationship labels and permissions must be verified before launch.
9. Research, outcomes and policy data
Survey findings, programme reach and employment outcomes may rely on self-reporting, partner reporting or defined internal counting methods. Methodology, sample size, date, limitations and verification status should accompany material claims.
With appropriate consent, de-identified Pathways and Policy Pulse data may be used to identify recurring barriers—such as language, credential recognition, visa pathways, employer sponsorship or settlement support—for policy research. Any such use must follow the Privacy Notice, appropriate consent and de-identification safeguards.
Sample testimonial names and quotations used during design must be replaced with verified, consented participant material before public launch.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Indoro owns or is licensed to use the site design, original copy, pathway logic, visualisations and original research materials. You may cite and link to public research with appropriate attribution, but may not reproduce substantial portions, remove attribution, sell materials or present them as your own without written permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos, reports and SDG icons remain the property of their respective owners. The Sustainable Development Goal icons are used for informational alignment only; the content has not been approved by the United Nations and does not reflect the views of the UN, its officials or Member States.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indoro disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
Policy and immigration information can change rapidly. Publication dates and source links should be checked before reliance.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indoro and its operator, volunteers, contributors and collaborators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from use of the site, including loss connected to applications, travel, relocation, employment, visa outcomes, data loss or reliance on third-party content.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability will be limited to [insert appropriate cap or amount paid by the user, if any].
13. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update these terms or the service to reflect new features, laws, data practices or operating arrangements. Material changes should be dated and, where appropriate, communicated prominently. We may restrict access where use creates security, legal, ethical or worker-protection risks.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Courts in [insert venue] will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or agreed dispute-resolution process.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to aaravchhaw@gmail.com. Before launch, add the operator’s legal name, postal address and a dedicated privacy or legal contact where required.
